Healthy Eating with Picky Eaters



We will talk about strategies for how to get your family to practice healthy eating. Topics that will be discussed in this class include portions, meal prepping, how to replace high carbs, and replacing more sugary foods. We will also review various methods that have been used to incorporate healthy eating into the diets of picky eaters. A chef will be present to aid in the teaching of this class on Mondays.
